Flower Removal Schedule

 

David’s understands the importance of floral memorialization of your loved ones. To maintain the beauty of David’s Cemetery and assist you, we provide a schedule for removing unsightly arrangements. Each spring the cemetery provides a general cleanup of the cemetery. The following flower removal schedule should help in your planning.

February 28

• In late February the entire cemetery and mausoleums are cleaned to get ready for the upcoming growing season. All decorations will be removed, whether they are placed on the ground or in vases or on top of the monuments. If there is something that you want to keep, please have them removed before this date.

May-June

• All Memorial Day decorations will be removed one week after the holiday.

November

• The day after Thanksgiving is a very important date for the cemetery, a time for the cemetery to get ready for the winter months. This is major clean up time for the entire cemetery including the mausoleums. All decorations will be removed, whether they are placed on the ground or in vases or on top of the monument. If there is something you want to keep, please have them removed before Thanksgiving Day.
